This accessory features an extremely high performance Crossed Roller rotator bearing with braking system.

MightyMODS™ accessories attach using the universal utility 3”x3” hole pattern found on ModTruss.

Designed to connect MOD to MOD with a heavy duty rotator bearing in between. Super smooth and very popular.

The working load limits (WLL) for our MOD-rotator-MOD assembly are as follows:

  • Axial Load (Tension/Compression):

    • Static: 30 kN (~6,700 lbf)

    • Dynamic: 20 kN (~4,500 lbf)

    • Shock: 15 kN (~3,400 lbf)

  • Radial Load (Shear):

    • Static: 15 kN (~3,400 lbf)

    • Dynamic: 10 kN (~2,250 lbf)

    • Shock: 5 kN (~1,100 lbf)

  • Moment Load (Overturning):

    • Static: 1,000 N·m (~740 ft·lb)

    • Dynamic: 650 N·m (~480 ft·lb)

    • Shock: 330 N·m (~240 ft·lb)

These limits are based on engineering calculations and standard safety factors. Please ensure proper installation and load distribution.
