Speed-Rail® Junior Starter: Start Your Rig From Any Junior Stand

Drop a Junior pin straight into Speed-Rail®. No adapters required.

When you're rigging off true Junior stands or heavy-duty rollers, you need a starter that speaks their language. This Speed-Rail® Junior starter features 1-1/8" Junior receivers on both ends - drop in a Junior pin from your stand, lock it with the set screw, and you're building pipe.

The hex bridge in the center provides a female 3/8"-16 thread for mounting accessories, monitors, or cheese plates mid-span. Two set screws (one per receiver) let you lock Junior pins from either direction, giving you flexibility in how you orient and anchor your rig.

Why Junior Receivers Matter

True Junior stands and heavy-duty rollers don't have pop-up baby pins - they have 1-1/8" receivers designed for Junior pins only. If you're working with this class of stand (common on larger fixtures like ARRI M18s or big HMIs), you need a starter that accepts Junior hardware directly. This is that starter.
